Our estimates are based by room at $15-20 per room. Our deep cleaning ,bronze package for a 4 bedroom 3 bath house is 12 rooms so $240 and our silver package which includes the baseboards and window sills is $365. We do offer a 10% discount on our first time cleans so the bronze is $215 and the silver is $330. Our air duct cleaning depends on how many ducts you have, for up to 20 its $240 ,and $12 per additional vents and $75 for dryer vent cleaning. We offer full cleaning with rotary brushes, vent cleaning, deodorize, and sanitize. We are offering a special deep cleaning right now, our plus package at 20% which includes duct cleaning along with any package cleaning. Our silver plus with deep cleaning, baseboards and window sills, and duct cleaning is approx $465. We also offer carpet cleaning at $20-30 per room depending on the stain and for 8 rooms deep clean for our gold plus package(deep clean,baseboards/window sills, air ducts, and carpets) would be approximately $615. .Our regular cleanings run from $8 weekly, $10 bi-weekly, and $12 monthly per rooms.
